What You’ll Be Doing
- Using the power of your personality and professional selling skills to quickly build trusting relationships and close deals.
- Actively participate in networking groups and events, and social media to earn referrals and attract patients.
- Speaking fluently about services at disease support groups.
- Networking to enroll members in group programs.
- Leveraging client relationships to earn repeat business and offer additional services.
- Helping to pioneer a new sales strategy with fellow members of the Bodhi team.
About You
- You are a make-it-happen type salesperson who loves being in a start-up environment.
- You see challenges as good things, and tackling challenges motivates you to perform.
- You are a self-directed and a proactive team player.
- You focus on key priorities and organize, schedule and budget time in an efficient, productive manner.
- You have iron-clad integrity and follow-through in meeting your commitments: Do not cut corners.
- You have a solid understanding of the integrated medicine market or the ability to pick it up fast.
- You communicate effectively one-on-one, in small groups and in a public speaking context.
- You demonstrate, “quickness on one’s feet,” a clear thought processes, and command of the language.
- You easily articulate vision and standards, and always keeps people informed
- You put people at ease with a warm, sensitive and compassionate approach
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, BA is a plus.
- You write all business documents in a clear, precise, well-organized manner, using proper vocabulary and grammar.
