Well, I imagine it could mean many different things to many people. To me however, the culture of conversion is a process whereby both sales and marketing departments are harmonically integrated, focused and motivated by one simple notion – how do we as a company generate more interest, leads and ultimately customers/clients from everything we do in both marketing and sales.
