  1. Synergy certainly has the mastery and autonomy aspects of its model worked out. I think to add purpose to it’s model will be what will create the ultimate tipping point for it’s success. Finding companies who primary purpose is to make the world a better place and helping companies find that purpose if they don’t yet have it will be the perfect storm for Synergy. Commissions and numbers alone will not get the rock up and over the hill. As individuals, we care and we get it, so it makes sense that as a whole, we put purpose out front and center in our company’s work.
